Shipping / Returns

SHIPPING POLICY INFORMATION:
Lash City packs and ships out orders Monday - Saturday from 8am - 4pm. Orders made after 4pm will be packed and shipped the next morning. Unless the Post Office is closed due to a Holiday. In that case your order will be shipped out the next business day that the Post Office is open. 
Lash City is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once it is shipped. Please make sure to enter accurate address, email, phone number information. Once the order has been shipped we can not change your information. If the order is returned to Lash City the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees again if you want us to ship the package again. Customers also have the option to pick up their order at our warehouse.
Shipping fees can not be refunded.
RETURNS:
If you have any issues with your order please contact us immediately at LashCitySupply@gmail.com. If you contact us after business hours we will contact you the next business day. Please do not send  items back before contacting us. Lash City is not responsible for unauthorized returns and shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Lash City has a 7 day return policy after your package has been delivered.
After the 7 days items are not eligible for returns. For health, safety, and sanitation purposes we only can accept unopened and unused items.  Items that are unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received them are eligible for exchanges for store credit only.
